1x1 Mentoring
Personalized, private mentor coaching, with in-depth feedback on a recorded coaching session you supply. You will be provided with proper documentation to support your certification.
Be sure we’ve had a (free) Mentor Mapping Session, so you get what you need.
Mentoring for ICF?
I am specialization-certified by ICF to mentor at the ACC and PCC levels. If you need one-on-one mentor coaching for ICF certification at the ACC or PCC level, we will discuss a recording of you coaching a client. You’ll be provided with proper documentation to support your certification.
If you seek one-on-one mentor coaching for ICF renewal of your ACC or PCC certification, you may submit a recording of you coaching a client and receive written feedback, or you may choose one of the following alternate options:
you coach me for in-the-moment reflection
you bring a client to coach live, then debrief with me
We’ll clarify these options in your Mentor Mapping Call.
We are each differently resourced, as we'll discuss in our mentor mapping call. If your needs have shifted since we had that call, please let me know and we'll make a new agreement.

Dyad Mentoring
The most direct learning in Mentor Coaching can come during live coaching. In Dyad Mentor Coaching, one partner coaches the other and both learn from immediate post-session feedback. Each participant receives credit toward group mentor coaching and/or Resource Development CCEs for ICF certification.
If you have a coaching colleague to trade coaching & learning, you can specify your partner when you sign up.
